Jensen Fountain

The original fountain was installed next to the Second Street Stairs in ~1980 by Phil Jensen, and was replaced with a new fountain in 11/2019. The new fountain was designed by Rick Olmstead at the Stone Yard & fabricated out of a piece of columnar basalt.
